Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy,  which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at TheScentedRoseLLC.@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned back to us without making a request to return will not be accepted.

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return to notify you of the status of your refund if warranted.  All refunds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please contact  your bank or credit card institution for the time frame to process and post your refund.
