Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Scented Rose LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom Orders may take up to 7-14 days!  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages The Scented Rose LLC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned,  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

 Please contact us with any questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unwanted item. When your return is accepted, you will need to make a separate purchase for the new item.
